Eur Comtur SRL has been operating since 1991 in the coffee and snack vending business segment. In 2024, the company reached a turnover of 42 million RON and employs around 120 people.

Since May 2025, the company was acquired by Coffee Address Group, which has been operating for more than 30 years and is currently the leading provider of coffee and snack vending services in the Baltic states.

Role Overview:

We are looking for a hands-on, organized, Business Analyst to support the vending operations business by translating commercial, operational and data-driven needs into actionable insights and process improvements. In the context of the vending industry, covering vending machines, smart vending, the role will ensure that business decisions are backed by data, processes are efficient, and the company remains competitive and responsive to customer demands.

Key Responsibilities:

• Analyse sales, machine profitability, performance, and location data to identify trends, opportunities, and areas for improvement.
• Supporting data quality enhancement projects, helping elevate the accuracy and trustworthiness of company data.
• Leverage Power BI to visualize performance and deliver data-driven recommendations that inspire smarter decisions.
• Participate in monthly closing activities, analysing variances between actual results and budgeted figures.
• Collaborate with IT, provides first-line support and helping to streamline day-to-day operations.

Candidate Profile:

• Bachelor’s degree in business, Analytics, Economic, Engineering or a related field.
• 2–4 years’ experience as a business analyst or in operations/logistics/retail services.
• Proven ability to work with data: dashboards, pivot tables, visualizations
• Strong excel skills.
• Commercial insight: able to interpret machine/product performance, location yield and payment-system usage.
• Strong process-oriented mindset: able to document workflows, identify inefficiencies and propose improvements.
• Excellent communication: able to collaborate with operations and senior stakeholders.
• Flexible, adaptable mindset; comfortable working in a post-acquisition, process
• building environment (it’s a plus)
• Good command of English (written and spoken)
