We are looking for a highly skilled and experienced Financial Controller to manage the financial health and strategic planning of our assigned business areas. The ideal candidate will be responsible for coordinating complex financial processes, ensuring policy compliance, and providing the strategic analysis necessary to drive our company's objectives forward.
Your Impact
As a Financial Controller, your core mission involves:
Financial Integrity: Coordinating the month-end closing process, including account reconciliations and the preparation of financial statements to reflect performance accurately.
Compliance & Reporting: Ensuring adherence to accounting policies and updating reporting packages to meet evolving user needs.
Strategic Planning: Managing the annual budgeting process, forecasts, and long-term business plans to provide clear direction for the company.
Performance Analysis: Analyzing variances between actual performance and budgets to gain insights into business progress.
Advisory & Partnership: Communicating data-driven recommendations and partnering with business areas to mitigate risks and identify growth opportunities.
Strategic Optimization: Collaborating on strategic initiatives, conducting business case analyses, and guaranteeing compliance with accounting standards.
Process Innovation: Developing and implementing new tools and procedures to improve planning and reporting efficiency.
What You Bring
A Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Finance or Economics.
A minimum of 3 years of experience in financial controlling, analysis, audit, or investment management.
Strong knowledge of financial statement management and strategic planning.
Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office and experience with information management systems.
Highly developed analytical skills, critical thinking, and a strategic mindset.
Strong presentation skills and a results-oriented approach to performance.
An advanced level of both written and spoken English
