We are looking for a highly detail-oriented and hands-on Financial Controller to take ownership of daily financial controls across crypto transactions, banking flows, and cash operations via a network of crypto ATMs.

This is a critical operational control role, focused on ensuring that all financial movements—fiat and crypto—are accurate, traceable, and fully reconciled on a daily basis.

Key Responsibilities

- Perform daily reconciliation across:

 - Bank accounts  

 - Crypto wallets  

 - Internal systems  

 - Cash balances from crypto ATM network  

- Track transactions end-to-end:

 - Fiat → crypto → withdrawal / settlement  

 - Outgoing vs incoming funds across all channels  

- Monitor and verify cash handling activities related to ATM operations  

- Reconcile ATM cash collections vs system-reported transactions  

- Ensure all crypto and fiat transactions are properly recorded, matched, and settled  

- Identify, investigate, and resolve discrepancies in real time  

- Detect anomalies, delays, or inconsistencies in transaction flows  

- Maintain strict control over:

- Multi-currency flows (fiat & crypto)  

- Liquidity movements  

- Internal transfers  

- Prepare daily control and reconciliation reports:

- Balances (fiat, crypto, cash)  

- Discrepancies  

- Risk flags  

- Improve and enforce internal control procedures for both digital and cash operations

Requirements

- Proven experience in a similar role:

- Financial Controller / Finance Operations / Reconciliation Specialist  

- Strong understanding of:

- Transaction flows and reconciliations  

- Cash operations and controls  

- Multi-currency environments (fiat and/or crypto)  

- Experience working with:

- High-volume transactions  

- Operational finance (not just reporting)  

- Familiarity with:

- Crypto transactions, wallets, or exchanges (strong advantage)  

- Excellent attention to detail and analytical thinking  

- Ability to detect inconsistencies quickly and act immediately  

- Strong Excel skills

- High level of integrity and ownership
