What you will do:Analyze, interpret, and prepare monthly, semi-annual, and annual reporting for assigned entities, including performance controlling and KPIsCreate reports that help senior leadership understand company financials and business performanceGenerate, coordinate, analyze, and interpret operational and financial reportsConduct forecasts, budgets, forecast revisions, and variance analysesDesign and implement accounting workflow procedures to ensure proper documentation and booking of accounting documentsEnsure compliance with statutory and regulatory requirements as well as professional standardsEstablish and maintain financial controls together with accounting teams and external service providersPerform statutory vs. IFRS reconciliations and reportingSupport the setup and implementation of automation tools and process improvementsPrepare ad-hoc and recurring financial analyses, reports, and presentations related to the company’s financial activitiesSupport management in commercial and financial matters and contribute to sound decision-makingAssist in the preparation and analysis of transfer pricing filesMonitor the company’s cash-flow positionCommunicate with banks and stakeholders regarding financial guarantees and reporting requirementsStay informed about developments in the energy and gas markets to support business opportunities and profitabilitySupport additional finance-related tasks delegated by the Finance DirectorWhat you bring & who you are:7+ years of experience in controlling, finance, or accounting, ideally in an international business environmentStrong knowledge and practical experience in IFRSGood understanding of business activities and financial processesAnalytical mindset with affinity for numbers, reporting, and presentation of resultsProficient MS Office skills, particularly Excel, as well as SAP knowledgeIdeally, experience with Business Central, Navision, or TagetikProactive and solution-oriented approach with strong communication skillsAbility to explain financial information in clear business language to different stakeholdersUniversity degree in Economics, Accounting, or FinanceIdeally, ACCA certification and/or experience within a Big 4 environmentAbout the team: You will join a collaborative and international finance team that values open communication, reliability, and continuous improvement.
