Monsson Group, one of Europe’s leading vertically integrated renewable energy platforms, is looking for a sharp, hands-on Financial Controller with strong IFRS expertise to strengthen our finance function as we accelerate toward our next chapter of growth — including capital markets readiness.

What you’ll do:

• Lead month-end and year-end closing under IFRS across multiple entities

• Prepare consolidated financial statements and investor-grade reporting

• Support budgeting, forecasting, and variance analysis across wind, solar, and energy services business lines

• Liaise with auditors, tax advisors, and banks

• Strengthen controls, processes, and reporting systems to capital-markets standards

What you bring:

• Degree in Finance/Accounting (ACCA/CFA a plus)

• 5+ years in controlling or audit, with solid IFRS application — energy or infrastructure experience is a strong advantage

• Experience with multi-entity consolidation and ERP systems

• A proactive, detail-driven mindset — you spot issues before they hit the P&L
