The role
Financial Controller — Evergreen Solar Horizon (Vectr Holdings)
As Financial Controller, you’ll blend hands‑on finance leadership with ERP transformation to power a 10‑hectare, AI‑enabled greenhouse scaling toward production start and commercial launch.
Join us to shape the finance backbone and ERP of a flagship green horticulture project.
What you’ll own
- End‑to‑end finance: AP/AR, GL, fixed assets, banking, inventory, and cost accounting.
- Monthly and annual closes with management packs: P&L, Balance Sheet, KPIs, and causal analysis.
- Budgets, forecasts, variance analysis, and decision‑ready insights for site and group leaders.
- Cashflow, treasury, and banking relationships to support build‑out and scale.
- Compliance, audit, tax, IFRS/local GAAP, internal controls, and policies.
- Cost‑reduction, process simplification, and digitization across finance.
- ERP and digital transformation
- Finance lead for ERP: requirements, vendor selection, integration, data migration, go‑live, and continuous improvement.
- Build financial models, workflows, master data, and reporting for manufacturing costing and group consolidation.
- Train users, drive adoption and data integrity, and continuously optimize platform performance.
Who you are
- Bachelor’s/Master’s in Finance or Accounting; CA/ACCA/CMA/CPA preferred.
- 5+ years in manufacturing or production finance with strong budgeting, reporting, audit/tax.
- Proven ERP implementation and process mapping experience; SAP or sector‑relevant platforms a plus.
- Advanced Excel, analytical rigor, clear communication with financial and non‑financial stakeholders.
- Hands‑on leader who thrives under deadlines and change, with a digital‑first mindset and high integrity.
