This position is part of the Financial Department of the Leasing Solutions Group and reports hierarchically to the Controlling and ALM Service Manager.

Overview
Prepares financial and management reports for Group, local authorities and other stakeholders and monitors the appropriate booking of the IFRS accounting records in Charisma ERP.
Job Attributions

• Timely and accurately prepares reports to Group, following internal reporting procedures.
• Timely and accurately prepares, verifies and sends financial reports to National Bank of Romania, National Institute of Statistic, and other authorities.
• Prepares yearly incomes and expenses budget and quarterly forecasts; monitors and analyze evolution of activity versus budget and forecast.
• Provides support to internal and external auditors and National Bank of Romania, by providing the information requested within the deadline.
• Participates in monthly and yearly accounting closing and the verifications of the trial balance.
• Prepares and books the IFRS adjustments in Charisma system.
• Supervise the accounting entries in Charisma.
• Supervise and participates in the accounting reconciliations (receivables, liabilities, bank statements, prepayments, unpaid balances)
• Ensure quality control over financial transactions and financial reporting.
• Is involved in the preparation of the internal procedures and in keeping them updated with the legal and accounting changes.
• Collaborate with other departments and provide support if needed (reports, documents, etc.).
• Define and updates the methodology and adjustments of IFRS application on the Company.
• Verifies information on the invoices issued related to lease agreements/sale purchase agreements/renting agreements, as well as the necessary internal approvals.
• Responsible of the permanent control of the activity undertaken, as described in the job description, as well as an independent and continuing measure to verify its activity.
• Prepares and updates internal procedures/norms/regulations regarding Financial Department.
• Ensure preparation, verification and archiving of the financial documents according with legal provisions.
• Follows and agrees to be governed by all the norms, rules, procedures and internal policies (generals or specifics) of the Company and of the Group, as are brought to its knowledge (in writing, by email, on Intranet or any other mean of information)
• Contribute to finance process automation and Charisma ERP projects.
• Is involved in other activities as decided by the Finance Manager as well as general Director, depending on the Company activity.
  

Skills And Competencies

• Studies: University degree in Economic studies.
• Experience requested: Minimum 2 years experience in a financial institution on a similar position or in an audit company;
• Language skills: Advanced level of English language.
• Software skills: Advanced knowledge MS Office Excel.
• ACCA certification (finalized or enrolled) would be considered an advantage.
• IFRS knowledge, as well as Romanian Accounting standards for non-banking financial institutions.
• Familiar with National Bank of Romania’s regulations.
• Analytical skills, capacity to synthesize information.
• Good time management skills, capable to organize him/herself.
• Ability to work in a team and to meet deadlines.
