Responsibilities:

•Responsible for the controlling and monthly closing of entities assigned to you.

•Handling external audits for entities assigned to you.

•Work together with responsible accountants and review their deliverables for the companies under responsibility, to ensure proper and timely month end closing ,

•Proposes solutions and automations so as to increase efficiency of finance operations and of the ERP

•Liaise with Operations to assist in financial reporting and controlling, as well as to develop tailored reports for their needs.

•Support the implementation and periodic update of the Finance procedures.

•Support in implementing Finance projects.

•Preparation of various analytics and ad hoc reporting.

Location: Bucharest Office (hybrid).

Requirements:

• Minimum 3 years of previous experience in a financial role (financial controlling, financial reporting);
• English proficiency (written and oral);
• In-depth knowledge of Microsoft Excel;
• ERP experience is a plus;
• IFRS and financial reporting knowledge would be a plus;
• The ability to work under pressure to maintain the quality of the reports and insights;
• Multitasking and analytical, with great attention to details;
• Flexible, disciplined, and organized;
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills, as you will work with multiple stakeholders inside and outside the Group;
• Proactive and curious;
• Ambition to learn and develop;
• Ability to work in a team environment as well as independently and be self-driven;
• Ability to prioritize work and meet deadlines.
