• At least ten years’ equivalent working experience (as full-time employment), CFO or Financial Director experience is preferred
• Accounting, Economics or Finance bachelor’s degree
• Experience working for a manufacturing company and familiar with inventory processes – an Advantage
• Knowledge of Romanian accounting principles and taxation
• High level experience in Microsoft Office
• Capability to quickly understand new technologies and situations
• Fluent in Romanian and in English Language at professional level (reading, speaking and writing)
• Ability to respect deadlines
• Experience in managing a finance team of more than 6 employees

• Managing the finance department (approximately 6 employees)
• Develop the company's strategy and policy in the financial-accounting fields, and in accordance with Head Quarter principals
• Prepare the annual budget of the company, and actual vs. budget analysis on a quarterly basis
• Prepare the cash flow budget and analysis actual vs. budget monthly
• Maintain forecasts for P&L and Cash flow on a quarterly basis
• Coordinates all financial and accounting statements in accordance with the legislation in force (Romanian GAAP and US GAAP).
• Responsible for maintaining the company's payment capacity (liquidity, solvency);
• Coordinate the payment of salary rights, taxes, suppliers and creditors within the established deadlines;
• Manage the Company costs within budget limits
• Perform high-level analytical analysis for production activity to identify unusual activities on a monthly basis
• Organizes the inventory of the company's assets and periodic revaluation of the assets in accordance with the legislation in force;
• Maintains inventory levels in according with budget and forecast, including inventory turn over and trends based on demands from the business team
• Examine accounting records, process and interpret financial data
• Collaborate/report also to the parent company's finance department
• Prepare quarterly financial reporting required by the group
• Responsible for relation with the banks
• Manage internal and external audits
