What You’ll Do
Oversee and manage the company’s financial operations, including budgeting, forecasting, and financial reporting for all our entities (Romania, Poland and Belgium).
Ensure compliance with international accounting standards and local regulations.
Develop and implement financial strategies to support business growth and profitability.
Responsibility for balance sheet and P&L statement, cash flow.
Collaborate with senior management to provide financial insights for strategic decision-making.
Lead and mentor the finance team to achieve departmental goals.
Coordinate with external auditors and manage annual audits.
Group reporting.
Enforcing the internal control throughout daily operations.
Involved in process design in a new SAP project.
Contact person for banks, authorities, auditors.
Role in strategic initiatives.
