About Professional Services and Asset & Wealth Management (PS&AWM)

As a member of the Professional Services & Asset & Wealth Management team, you will have the opportunity to work on exciting projects that shape the future of businesses. You will become an integral part of a dynamic team that leverages cutting-edge technologies, data-driven insights, and deep industry expertise to drive meaningful impact for our clients. You will collaborate with industry experts, thought leaders, and talented colleagues from diverse backgrounds.

What you will be doing at Evalueserve:

• Support top industry players across various sectors, or major professional services companies
• Collect data (both qualitative and quantitative) through secondary research using online. resources (media sources, public records databases, commercial databases) as well as global proprietary databases.
• Perform basic analysis on collected data for either short term projects or larger assignments and critically analyze and evaluate the information gathered.
• Handle research in various areas, including competitive intelligence, company and industry analysis, financial indicators, macroeconomic parameters, and other data inputs in sectors like: ITC, automotive, industrial and consumer goods, energy, banking, logistics, pharmaceuticals, oil and gas, etc.
• Organize findings, synthetize relevant information and prepare summaries and well-structured reports or presentations in Excel and Power Point.
• Actively participate in team discussions on project specific areas, in close collaboration with more senior team members.
• Directly interact with internal and external clients, assist in building strong customer relationships.
• Provide support during updates and changes on the existing analysis.

What we’re looking for:

• Bachelor's degree or higher.
• 3+ years of relevant experience.
• Fluent in English and at least an upper-intermediate level (B2) of Italian.
• Core financial skills and literacy (Financial statement analysis, Industry and sector analysis).
• Problem solving abilities, good analytical and synthetical skills.
• Critical thinking, attention to detail and having an inquisitive mind.
• Good communication skills - experience in holding presentations is a plus.
• Comfortable working with MS Office tools, especially with Excel, Word and Power Point (advanced level).
• Comfortable with leveraging AI tools in research is a plus.
