Therefore, a successful candidate would be responsible for:

• Financial Services Closing: Monthly, Quarterly Closing + Forecast;
• Prepare, Check and transfer closing data into SAP BCS with excel and BW based tools;
• Check for plausibility of the data;
• Communication with sales units (data collection) and head of office (checks and results);
• RFM: Support the rental fleet management process (Preparing of invoices to banks, documentation and other administrative tasks);
• Global Lease Center: Special support for sales units without SAP and their leasing tool for accounting. Support uploading leasing data into SAP, validation of data and communication with the sales units + project support for the transfer into a new leasing tool.

Requirements for success:

• Fluency in English;
• Basic knowledge of business administration, especially in the areas of financial services and accounting;
• Good Excel knowledge;
• Strong communication and organizational skills.
• Basic SAP knowledge;
• Detail oriented and ability to cooperate.
