As part of this strategy, a unique Global Business Services Center has been established in Brasov, in 2022, working together with all Jungheinrich entities worldwide, providing support in their day-to-day operations.

Therefore, a successful candidate would be responsible for:
- Financial Services Closing: Monthly, Quarterly Closing + Forecast;
- Prepare, Check and transfer closing data into SAP BCS with excel and BW based tools;
- Check for plausibility of the data;
- Communication with sales units (data collection) and head of office (checks and results);
- RFM: Support the rental fleet management process (Preparing of invoices to banks, documentation and other administrative tasks);
- Global Lease Center: Special support for sales units without SAP and their leasing tool for accounting. Support uploading leasing data into SAP, validation of data and communication with the sales units + project support for the transfer into a new leasing tool.
Requirements for success:
- Fluency in English;
- Basic knowledge of business administration, especially in the areas of financial services and accounting;
- Good Excel knowledge;
- Strong communication and organizational skills.
- Basic SAP knowledge;
- Detail oriented and ability to cooperate.
