We’re looking for a Financial Specialist who enjoys going beyond numbers, someone who wants to support business decisions, improve internal processes and work closely with the Managing Director.

This is a key role in our company, combining finance and business support. You’ll help ensure that financial information is accurate, daily operations run smoothly and management has the insights needed to make informed decisions.

Key Responsibilities:

* Support the Managing Director in the day-to-day coordination of the business.

* Review financial and commercial documents before submission to the external accounting firm.

* Monitor payments, receivables, cash flow, and key financial information, preparing reports and analyses for management.

* Liaise with the external accounting firm and other external partners.

* Identify opportunities to improve internal processes and increase operational efficiency.

* Provide support across the business and when needed, assist with invoicing, purchasing, or other administrative activities.
