Why This Role Matters

In this role, you will play a key part in delivering accurate and timely reporting insights that support business decisions across multiple markets. You will contribute to forecasting processes, reporting standardization, and data-driven improvements while collaborating closely with SSC teams and Front Office stakeholders.

What You'll Do

• Prepare and deliver accurate, timely reporting data, including creation of reporting packs with variance analysis and visual insights.

• Extract, validate, and analyze data to support monthly business forecasting and simulations.

• Upload and submit forecast data while ensuring accuracy through control checks and validations.

• Support SSC and Front Office teams with ad-hoc data requests and reporting needs.

• Develop and implement new reporting packs for customers, sales teams, and front office agents.

• Create customized reports (sales views, customer consolidations) to support business reviews and client discussions.

• Ensure performance against agreed service levels and maintain up-to-date process documentation.

What You'll Bring

• Bachelor's degree (or currently pursuing professional qualifications).

• Experience or strong interest in business reporting, data analysis, or numerical roles.

• Advanced Excel skills and ability to work accurately with large data volumes.

• Strong analytical thinking and business acumen.

• Experience with SAP or EDW (Cognos) is a plus.

• Strong communication skills and ability to collaborate with multiple stakeholders.

• Fluency in spoken and written English.
