Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role for a Florist based in the Bucharest Metropolitan Area. The Florist will be responsible for designing and creating custom floral arrangements, consulting with customers to understand their specific needs, maintaining inventory of flowers and supplies, and ensuring that the workspace is organized and clean. The role will also involve decorating event venues and providing exceptional customer care to guarantee a memorable experience.

Qualifications

• Proficiency in Flower Arrangements and Floral Design
• Strong Creativity Skills to craft unique and visually appealing designs
• Exceptional Customer Service skills to engage with clients and meet their needs
• Experience in Decoration, specifically for events or spaces
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Attention to detail and the ability to work in a fast-paced environment
• Previous experience as a florist or in a related field is a plus
