Ensuring the development of his business unit, the Sales Development Manager will be in charge of the identification of opportunities and deployment in different domains.

Responsibilities:

• Ensure vehicle operability and troubleshooting resolution;
• Analyze data and lead the resolution into the technical teams;
• Drive the troubleshooting update with different technical teams and project teams;
• Share blocking points with Powertrain leader and RSM;
• Train flying analysts and help them if needed;
• Ability to make wiring/harness modification of the vehicle;
• Ability to change different ECUs on the vehicle;
• Perform ECU flashing, CAN logging, OBD checks, HV commissioning, and troubleshooting;
• Solve customer on-site issues, reducing delays and costs;
• Perform failure analysis & troubleshooting on different systems eg: HVIL, BMS, BCM, HVAC, and Brake systems;
• Execute high-voltage commissioning checks (HV certified);
• Carry out retrofit & rework of ECUs and harnesses (pinning/unpinning, replacements, troubleshooting);
• Conduct ECU flashing, CAN logging, OBD checks, and environmental testing;
• Deliver global customer-side support, ensuring faster issue resolution;
• Contribute to ASPICE-compliant testing activities, aligning with customer quality standards;
• Centralize all information's during all exchanges with different teams;
• Default occurrence context, mean configuration, location and keys;
• Update and drive technical facts resolution;
• Summarize technical facts and update situations;
• Ensure global analysis and make proposals in issues analysis and for customer impact analysis;
• Check the solution integration for next soft/hard deliveries;
• Be able to realize all Flying Analyst activities;
• Ensure the delivery of test methods at the good level (software configuration and functionality);
• Realize the start-up of new software configurations;
• Trace software update in SPARTE;
• Solve troubleshooting the various means of the project;
• Participate to powertrain and vehicle trip preparation;
• Participate in different trips (SW update, troubleshooting, testing in a calibration/validation delegation);
• Reproduce & Analyze issues according to the instructions of the applicants;
• Ensure test compliance;
• Make Complex Records;
• Complete, Create or to ask to create Technical Facts;
• Participate & Follow Code Resolution (X-Code);
• Participate to project team meetings;
• Anticipate hard points & make proposals with alternative solutions.

Requirements:

• Knowledge of powertrain (combustion, electric) and ADAS;
• Experience in Electrical/ Electronics architecture for test vehicles;
• Strong knowledge of diagnostic tools: Diaglyzer, IDVH, DOTI;
• Strong knowledge of calibration/validation tools: INCA/CANALYSER;
• Ability to perform analysis with métier support: CAN & Inca data capture analysis, DOVE review.
