Role Description The Food and Beverage Manager is responsible for overseeing all food and beverage operations at Mandachi Hotel&Spa in Suceava. This is a full-time, on-site role that includes managing restaurant, bar, and banquet services to ensure high-quality guest experiences. Day-to-day tasks involve supervising and scheduling staff, coordinating service standards, monitoring inventory and supplier relationships, and ensuring compliance with health and safety regulations. The role also includes developing menus with culinary leadership, implementing service procedures, controlling costs, and analyzing performance to optimize revenue. The manager collaborates closely with other hotel departments to support events, promotions, and guest satisfaction initiatives.
Qualifications

• Demonstrated skills in Food Service and Food & Beverage operations, with experience managing restaurant, bar, or banquet environments.
• Strong Customer Service capabilities, with a focus on guest satisfaction, conflict resolution, and professional communication.
• Experience in Training team members, including onboarding, coaching, performance feedback, and maintaining service standards.
• Proficiency in Budgeting, cost control, and basic financial analysis related to food and beverage operations.
• Leadership and team management abilities, including organizing shifts, delegating tasks, and motivating staff.
• Knowledge of food safety, hygiene regulations, and health and safety requirements in hospitality settings.
• Relevant experience in hotel or hospitality management; a degree or certification in Hospitality Management or a related field is an advantage.
• Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings, weekends, and holidays, as needed for hotel operations.
