We are actively looking for experienced Dispatchers or Freight Forwarders – or even a small coordination team – to join our Timisoara office and help us strengthen and expand our transport activity across Europe.

Who We're Hiring

We're hiring Dispatchers / Transport Coordinators / Freight Forwarders, with the following profile:

• You’re experienced in planning and coordinating transport flows
• You like working in a fast-paced, organized office environment
• You have good knowledge of the European transport market (FTL/LTL)
• You’re a strong communicator and negotiator, with both clients and subcontractors
• You speak English fluently; any other language is a big advantage
• You’re motivated by performance and open to developing your own client/supplier portfolio
• You’re either an individual professional or part of a ready-to-work dispatching team

Your Main Responsibilities

• Plan and coordinate domestic and international transports
• Negotiate rates and terms with clients and carriers
• Monitor ongoing transport operations and handle incidents proactively
• Communicate efficiently with drivers, partners, and clients
• Ensure all documents and transport details are in full legal and contractual compliance
• Work with internal systems (TMS, ERP) to register and optimize activity
• Track KPIs and report performance to the management team

Requirements

• Minimum 2 years of experience in dispatching / freight forwarding / transport coordination
• Strong understanding of transport regulations and logistics flows
• Excellent planning, problem-solving, and multitasking abilities
• Fluent in English; other European languages (e.g., German, Hungarian, Italian) are a plus
• Experience with Microsoft Office and logistics platforms (TMS, ERP)
• Existing client or subcontractor portfolio – considered a significant advantage
• International work experience – optional but valued
