Your key responsibilities:

• Handles incoming calls from clients and potential customers
• Greets visitors, answers questions and directs them to the ︁appropriate individuals
• Taking messages when required
• Receives and distributes correspondence and parcels
• Keep record of parking spots available for managers and visitors
• Performs additional clerical tasks (conference room booking, invoices checking)
  

Skills and attributes for success:

• Good command of English, both spoken and written
• Good knowledge of MS Office
• Good interpersonal communication and multi-tasking skills
• High school graduated/University studies
• Well organized, friendly, self-starter, flexible, problem-solver
• Professional appearance
