This is a full-time on-site role for a Front Desk Receptionist at DoubleTree by Hilton Cluj - City Plaza located in Cluj-Napoca. The Front Desk Receptionist will be responsible for performing receptionist duties, maintaining phone etiquette, managing clerical tasks, and providing excellent communication and customer service to guests.

Qualifications

• Phone Etiquette, Receptionist Duties, and Clerical Skills
• Strong communication and customer service skills
• Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks
• Attention to detail and organizational skills
• Ability to work well in a team
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite
• Prior experience in hospitality or customer service is preferred
• Pleasant presence, openness to new things, motivation
• Fluency in multiple languages is a plus, especially English and Romanian

Responsibilities

• Welcoming and registering hotel guests, (check-in and check-out operations);
• Cash or card operations, followed by issuing invoices;
• Handling requests received from guests with professionalism and promptness;
• Inform guests about the services provided by the company;
• Effective and clear communication with both guests and colleagues;
• Runs different reports in the hotel management system;
