We’re looking for a friendly, organized, and proactive receptionist to be the welcoming face and voice of our company. This is a full-time, on-site role in Voluntari, Ilfov.

In this role, you’ll:

• Answer and direct incoming calls with professionalism
• Greet visitors and ensure they feel welcomed from the moment they arrive
• Keep our reception area tidy and inviting
• Support the team with administrative tasks
• Handle primary accounting records such as invoices, receipts, and expense reports
• Be the go-to person for keeping things running smoothly at the front desk

What we’re looking for:

• Strong phone etiquette and excellent communication skills
• A passion for delivering great customer service
• Computer literacy
• Organizational skills that help you juggle multiple tasks with ease
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Previous experience in a similar role is a big plus
• Knowledge of basic accounting entries (invoices, receipts, expense reports) is an advantage
• High school diploma or equivalent required
• Basic English language skills
