Enexus Renewable SRL is looking for a dynamic, organized, and welcoming Receptionist / Front Desk Officer to be the first point of contact for our office in Hyperion Tower, Voluntari. This role offers a great opportunity to grow within a fast-moving renewable energy company, gaining hands-on experience across front-desk operations, administration, and internal coordination.

🔑 Key Responsibilities

• Manage front desk operations, welcoming visitors, clients, and partners with professionalism and warmth.
• Handle incoming calls, emails, and correspondence, directing inquiries to the right departments.
• Support administrative and back-office tasks: courier and mail management, office supplies, vendor coordination, and basic billing support.
• Schedule and coordinate meetings, meeting rooms, and travel arrangements for the team.
• Ensure smooth communication between front-desk activity and internal departments for an efficient daily workflow.
• Help maintain and improve office procedures and front-desk standards.

✅ Requirements

• Previous experience in a receptionist, front-desk, or customer service role required.
• Required languages: English – advanced; Turkish – intermediate/advanced.
• Strong organizational and multitasking skills, with attention to detail.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Proficiency with basic office/computer software and ability to learn new systems quickly.
