Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site position located in Timișoara for a Front Office Agent. The Front Office Agent will handle day-to-day tasks such as managing check-ins and check-outs, assisting guests with inquiries, and ensuring seamless front office operations. Additional responsibilities include providing excellent customer service, maintaining updated knowledge of hotel services, and communicating effectively with both guests and colleagues to deliver exceptional experiences.

Qualifications

• Proficiency in Front Office and Receptionist Duties, including managing check-in and check-out processes
• Strong skills in Customer Service and Communication to provide outstanding guest experiences
• Attention to detail, a professional attitude, and the ability to handle multiple tasks efficiently
• Familiarity with hospitality management software is preferred
• Fluency in English is required; knowledge of other languages is an advantage
• Previous experience in a similar role in the hospitality industry is a plus
