Your Role
We are looking for a Hotel Receptionist to join our team and provide professional, attentive guest services while managing front desk operations for one of our Hotels in Bucharest. As a Hotel Receptionist, you will have significant autonomy in handling reservations, check-in/check-out procedures, and collaborating with various departments to ensure an exceptional guest experience. This role requires effective guest interaction, strong organizational skills, and a commitment to maintaining the highest standards of service. We seek a dedicated individual who plays a pivotal role in creating positive guest experiences and ensuring operational excellence.
Your Journey
- Operate independently in managing front desk tasks and guest services within established hotel policies.
- Make operational decisions related to reservations, room assignments, and guest inquiries, escalating complex issues to management as needed.
- Warmly welcome guests, anticipate needs, provide information on hotel amenities, and act as concierge assisting with local recommendations and arrangements.
- Manage reservations accurately, coordinate guest arrivals/departures, and ensure efficient check-in and check-out procedures.
- Handle guest complaints calmly and professionally, seeking timely resolutions.
- Demonstrate proficiency in hotel management systems, reservation software, and perform related administrative tasks.
- Communicate effectively in multiple languages.
- Ensure accuracy in billing, payment transactions, and guest profiles.
- Maintain security protocols, guest confidentiality, and operational procedures.
- Keep the front desk area organized and visually appealing at all times.
- Collaborate effectively with hotel teams, ensuring smooth communication across departments and shifts.
- Actively participate in training sessions and continuously develop knowledge of hotel operations and local attractions.
