For one of my customer in Europe we are looking for a Frontend Developer(Angular).

Location: Bucharest(3 days/ week)

Duration: 6 months(renewable)

Description:

The contractor will contribute to designing, developing, and enhancing modern web and hybrid mobile applications, delivering intuitive and high-performance user experiences. The role focuses on translating functional and non-functional requirements into high-quality software, maximizing business value while ensuring performance, security, and maintainability.

This position bridges UI/UX design and software engineering, working closely with product owners, designers, backend developers, and QA engineers to deliver end-to-end features in a regulated enterprise environment.

Key Responsibilities:

Front-End Development (Angular)

• Develop and maintain scalable, reusable Angular applications
• Design intuitive and responsive UI/UX solutions
• Translate requirements into performant frontend implementations
• Apply modular architecture and design patterns
• Leverage existing components and frameworks to accelerate delivery

Hybrid Mobile Development (Ionic)

• Develop and maintain Ionic-based mobile applications
• Ensure consistency between web and mobile experiences
• Implement new features and fix defects
• Improve performance, stability, and usability

Collaboration & Delivery

• Contribute to requirement analysis, estimations, and solution design
• Work closely with product owners, designers, backend and QA teams
• Participate in sprint ceremonies and technical discussions
• Provide frontend expertise for end-to-end delivery

Quality & Best Practices

• Apply coding standards, secure development, code reviews, CI/CD, and documentation
• Implement unit and end-to-end tests where applicable
• Maintain code quality through reviews and troubleshooting
• Document solutions appropriately

Required Skills

• Strong Angular (v12+): components, services, modules, RxJS
• State management (NgRx or similar)
• Angular Material and responsive design
• Strong Ionic experience
• TypeScript, JavaScript (ES6+), HTML5, CSS3 / SCSS
• REST API integration
• Authentication/authorization concepts (OAuth2, JWT)
• Performance optimization, security, clean architecture
• Git and CI/CD pipelines
• Ability to work independently in an existing codebase
• Fluent English

Nice to Have

• Native Android or mobile development experience
• Progressive Web Apps (PWA)
• Backend integration knowledge (e.g., Java / Spring Boot)
