Their platform helps brands, sports organizations, and event creators engage audiences through gamified content, live challenges, and digital rewards, delivering immersive and interactive experiences for fans worldwide.

You’ll be part of a small, creative team working on end-to-end feature development, from concept to launch, using Flutter, Node.js, and React, while integrating video, data, and AI-driven components.

What you’ll do:

• Team up with the founding crew to help shape product direction.
• Build and maintain high-quality, performant web and mobile-first UIs using React and Flutter.
• Design and develop Node.js APIs and backend microservices.
• Connect frontend components to complex video and data pipelines.
• Ensure seamless integration of mobile-first (9:16) video experiences.
• Deliver features end-to-end — idea → design → development → testing → launch.
• Write clean, modular, testable, and maintainable code across the stack.
• Collaborate with Product, Design, and AI engineers to push the boundaries of short-form storytelling.
• Operate with autonomy and ownership, making technical decisions that directly impact millions of users.

What you’ll bring:

• 7+ years of total development experience.
• 2–3 years of hands-on experience with Flutter (must-have).
• 2–3 years of experience with Node.js (must-have).
• Experience with React – advantage.
• Proficiency with PostgreSQL and SQL; BigQuery – nice to have.
• Strong understanding of system architecture and integrations (cross-teams & 3rd parties).
• Independent, proactive, and collaborative mindset.
• Strong English communication skills.
