Which is exactly why we’re looking for a Full Stack Developer. Someone who enjoys working across the entire stack – from building intuitive, high-quality user experiences to designing robust backend services – and wants to play a key role in shaping our unified platform.

About the role

By joining Cerivo, you’ll take on an exciting technical challenge and have the opportunity to grow with both the platform and the team.

You’ll work with a modern tech stack consisting of a React and TypeScript frontend and a Java/Spring Boot backend built as microservices. The whole SaaS platform is delivered from OVHcloud using Kubernetes and Apache Kafka. You’ll also find our own AI solution for serving our customers and a CI/CD pipeline using ArgoCD.

As a Full Stack Developer, you’ll contribute across the entire development lifecycle – from designing and implementing user-facing features to building and maintaining backend services. You’ll collaborate closely with designers, product managers, and fellow engineers to deliver solutions that are both functional and intuitive.

You’ll be part of a fast-growing organisation where you’ll have real ownership, high levels of freedom and responsibility, and the opportunity to influence architecture, component design, and overall user experience across the full stack.

Job requirements

Frontend

• In-depth knowledge of modern JavaScript frameworks, especially React
• Experience with TypeScript and building Single Page Applications
• A keen eye for building intuitive, high-quality user experiences

Backend

• In-depth knowledge of Java frameworks like Spring (Boot, Core, MVC)
• Experience designing, building, and testing Java applications with Java 11+
• Experience with Event-driven Architecture, REST APIs, and GraphQL
• Knowledge of MongoDB or Redis

Cross-cutting

• Experience with cloud platforms, Docker, Kubernetes, and CI/CD pipelines
• Advanced knowledge of Microservices and SOLID principles
• Knowledge of TDD using tools such as jUnit, Jest, or Playwright
• Knowledge of AI utilisation in software development
• Familiar with Agile methodologies

• Producing frontend features with React and TypeScript while building and maintaining backend services in Java/Spring Boot
• Taking part in implementing end-to-end customer journeys across the full stack
• Working with a design and development approach focused on intuitiveness and value for customers
• Ensuring a proper level of test automation and a good balance in non-functional requirements
• Building solid software artifacts that are easy to manage and scale, with a focus on automation
• Working in an agile development team with a Discovery/Delivery approach
• Documenting what needs to be documented – and not just for the sake of documents
• Helping ensure that all parts of our SaaS solution are covered in a professional manner, including design, usability, security, availability, reliability, scalability, and maintainability
