We’re looking for an experienced Full-Stack Developer to join Prokuria, a SaaS platform simplifying procurement processes for global teams.

You’ll work closely with the CTO to implement new product features end-to-end, improve performance, and contribute to the evolution of our multi-tenant architecture as we continue to scale internationally.

Responsibilities

• Design, develop, and maintain web applications using .NET (Framework 4.8.1 / .NET 8) on the back-end and Angular on the front-end.​
• Collaborate with the product and design teams to deliver new modules and improve existing ones.
• Integrate with Azure services (App Services, SQL Azure, Blob Storage, API Management).
• Implement and maintain secure authentication flows via Azure AD / Entra ID.
• Write clean, maintainable, and testable code following best practices.
• Participate in code reviews and support CI/CD pipelines in Azure DevOps or GitHub Actions.
• Optimize system performance and scalability across multi-tenant environments.
• Collaborate in person with the team at least two days per week in the Bucharest 
• office.
• Communicate effectively in English and be available for periodic evening calls with U.S - based team members or partners

Requirements

•  5+ years of experience with C# / .NET (Web API, MVC, or .NET Core).
• 3+ years of experience with Angular (v7+).
• Strong knowledge of REST APIs, SQL Server, and Entity Framework.
• Experience working with Azure infrastructure and services.
• Experience with git-based code management (GitHub or Azure DevOps).
• Excellent command of spoken and written English.
• Availability for cross-time-zone communication (mainly U.S. hours when needed).
• Strong collaboration and problem-solving skills.
• Availability to work hybrid in Bucharest (2 days/week in office)
• Experience in working with AI coding models (Codex, Perplexity, etc.)

Nice to have:

• Experience with EPPlus or Excel automation libraries.
• Familiarity with DevExtreme, Formly, or enterprise UI frameworks.
• Understanding of multi-tenant SaaS architectures
