We are an independent Swiss tech startup within a strong corporate group — 800+ people across 18 offices on three continents. We build software products at scale. You will work on real products that ship to real users, starting from day one.

Your mission

• You take rough prototypes and turn them into production-ready software — using AI as your primary build tool.
• We provide the core logic, data model, and rough layout. You refine it: buttons, features, design polish, edge cases.
• You translate product ideas into precise instructions so AI writes clean, working code. Great prompting is your core skill.
• You iterate fast: test → give feedback → refine the prompt → ship → repeat.
• You build real features, MVPs, dashboards, automations, and customer tools — and see within weeks how they perform with real users.
• This is vibe coding: you steer; AI executes. Your job is architecture, user experience, and speed.

What you bring

• Entry-level full-time role: ideal for new graduates or candidates with up to ~2 years of professional experience (CS, engineering, or related field)
• You understand complex problems holistically and express yourself clearly and in detail
• You know how to instruct AI effectively — you are proficient with Cursor, Claude Code, or Codex
• Care, precision, and follow-through: you dig in until the result is genuinely good
• High independence, drive, and stamina
• Basic software literacy: frontend vs. backend, APIs, data flow, deployment — you do not need to be a traditional hand-coder
• Curious and fast-learning; you want to be at the forefront of AI-assisted development
