Join the tech team of a leading financial group operating across Central Europe, with over 15 years on the Romanian market and a strong presence in countries such as Poland, Germany, Italy and Spain. You will work in a collaborative international IT hub that builds business‑critical software used internally across the group. We are looking for both mid and senior .NET developers who are open to a 100% remote role from anywhere in Romania under an employment contract – if you are ready for new challenges, let’s talk!
Compensation:
- Form of employment: employment contract (Contract de muncă).
- Work model: 100% remote from Romania.
- Salary range: 7,600–9,000 RON net/month for Mid; 10,500–14,000 RON net/month for Senior (open to discussion based on experience).

Responsibilities:
- Develop and maintain internal web and desktop applications and CRM solutions using .NET and C#.
- Build and integrate REST APIs and SQL‑based back‑end features.
- Work with international stakeholders to understand requirements and deliver tailored solutions.
- Ensure code is high‑quality, scalable and maintainable.
- Take part in Agile ceremonies and provide time estimates for development tasks.
- Prepare technical documentation for implemented solutions.
- Stay current with modern technologies and industry best practices.
Qualifications:
- 3–5+ years of experience in .NET/C# development (ASP.NET Core 6+).
- Strong MSSQL skills (data modelling and development are very important).
- Experience with Angular (version 17+).
- Experience with Git and REST API development.
- Strong communication skills and a proactive, problem‑solving attitude.
- Fluent Romanian and English, spoken and written.
- Nice to have: experience with Blazor.
Recruitment process:
- Introductory phone call with the recruiter.
- Two meetings with the client (technical test and technical interview).
- Final decision and feedback.
