Compensation:

• Form of employment: employment contract (Contract de muncă).
• Work model: 100% remote from Romania.
• Salary range: 7,600–9,000 RON net/month for Mid; 10,500–14,000 RON net/month for Senior (open to discussion based on experience).

Responsibilities:

• Develop and maintain internal web and desktop applications and CRM solutions using .NET and C#.
• Build and integrate REST APIs and SQL‑based back‑end features.
• Work with international stakeholders to understand requirements and deliver tailored solutions.
• Ensure code is high‑quality, scalable and maintainable.
• Take part in Agile ceremonies and provide time estimates for development tasks.
• Prepare technical documentation for implemented solutions.
• Stay current with modern technologies and industry best practices.

Qualifications:

• 3–5+ years of experience in .NET/C# development (ASP.NET Core 6+).
• Strong MSSQL skills (data modelling and development are very important).
• Experience with Angular (version 17+).
• Experience with Git and REST API development.
• Strong communication skills and a proactive, problem‑solving attitude.
• Fluent Romanian and English, spoken and written.
• Nice to have: experience with Blazor.
