Your next challenge:

1. ROLE PURPOSE

Development, implementation, and maintenance of software solutions for a web flexible benefits platform, ensuring code quality, efficiency, and optimal service functionality.

2. RESPONSIBILITIES

Software Development

• Develop and write source code for the flexible benefits platform functionalities.
• Implement new features and improvements to the existing system.
• Perform bug fixes and performance optimizations.
• Participate in code reviews and provide constructive feedback to colleagues.
• Comply with coding standards and established best practices.

Testing and Quality Assurance

• Write and execute unit tests for developed code.
• Conduct functional testing to ensure the quality of deliverables.
• Document and resolve identified bugs.
• Participate in cross-team testing sessions.

Collaboration and Communication

• Take part in daily stand-up meetings.
• Collaborate with analysts to clarify requirements.
• Participate in sprint planning and task estimation.

Documentation

• Maintain up-to-date technical documentation.
• Document code and implemented changes.
• Contribute to API documentation and other required technical materials.

You're a Match:

JOB REQUIREMENTS

Education:

• University degree in IT or a related field.
• Proven experience in web application development.

Experience: Minimum 4 years.

Technical Skills:

• Strong knowledge of object-oriented programming.
• Experience with modern programming languages e.g., C#, Java, JavaScript; Python - is an advantage.
• Knowledge of SQL and NoSQL databases.
• Familiarity with version control systems (Git).
• Experience working with Agile methodologies.

• Strong organizational and task prioritization abilities.
• Attention to detail and quality orientation.
