We are looking for a Full Stack Software Engineer to join our client's team. In this role, you will have a chance to grow your technical and soft skills, and build a thorough expertise of the industry of our client.

This role is available only in Iași and involves an employment contract (CIM), with hybrid work model.

Responsibilities:

• Develop clean, efficient, and well-tested code that meets requirements and follows established patterns
• Implement application features and enhancements as part of a collaborative development team
• Contribute to design discussions and propose improvements to functionality, performance, and maintainability
• Work closely with Product Owners, Scrum Masters, and other developers to refine backlog items, estimate effort, and plan sprints
• Actively participate in Agile ceremonies, including daily stand-ups, sprint planning, reviews, and retrospectives
• Communicate clearly with team members and stakeholders, fostering a transparent and collaborative work environment
• Write unit tests and contribute to integration and automated test suites
• Participate in peer code reviews and apply feedback to continuously improve code quality
• Adhere to established development and security standards while identifying opportunities for improvement
• Stay up to date with emerging technologies, tools, and best practices relevant to your expertise
• Learn from senior team members and mentors while taking ownership of your professional growth
• Take initiative in troubleshooting issues, suggesting enhancements, and contributing to team knowledge sharing

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or a related discipline, or equivalent hands-on experience
• Proven experience in software development, ideally within SaaS or enterprise-scale environments
• Strong proficiency in full stack development, with hands-on experience in Python, React, HTML, and TypeScript
• Experience working with Agile methodologies, version control systems such as Git, and CI/CD pipelines
• Solid foundation in software engineering principles, object-oriented programming, and secure coding practices
• Curiosity and motivation to learn advanced design patterns, architectural concepts, and domain-specific challenges
