Role Overview

We are looking for a Full‑Stack Developer skilled in TypeScript, React, FastAPI, and MongoDB to join a product team operating in an on‑premises environment. The role requires end‑to‑end development across UI and backend micro‑services within an Agile Scrum setup.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop front‑end applications using TypeScript + React (hooks, components, state management).
• Build and maintain backend APIs using FastAPI (Python).
• Design and manage NoSQL data structures in MongoDB, ensuring scalability and performance.
• Implement integrations between frontend, backend, and internal systems.
• Participate in Agile ceremonies (daily stand‑ups, sprint planning, reviews, retros).
• Write clean, maintainable, well‑tested code.
• Troubleshoot production issues and contribute to continuous improvement.
• Collaborate with UX, QA, product owners, and other developers.

Required Skills

• Strong experience with React + TypeScript.
• Solid backend development skills using FastAPI (Python).
• Hands‑on MongoDB experience (indexes, performance tuning, schema design).
• Familiarity with on‑prem application deployment constraints and practices.
• Experience working in Scrum teams.
• Proficiency with Git and CI/CD practices.

Nice to Have

• Docker or containerization experience.
• Knowledge of authentication (OAuth2, JWT).
• Experience integrating APIs or microservices.
