Gaming Integrity Fraud & Risk Team Leader

We are working with a fast‑growing international iGaming business that is looking to appoint an experienced Gaming Integrity Fraud & Risk Team Leader. This is a key leadership role within their Gaming Integrity function, offering hands‑on responsibility, real influence, and excellent long‑term career prospects.
This role sits at the heart of Live Casino operations, ensuring a secure, compliant, and fair gaming environment. You’ll lead a team of Risk Analysts, oversee fraud detection and risk monitoring, and act as a senior point of escalation in live operational scenarios. It’s ideal for someone who enjoys combining analytical depth with people leadership in a fast‑paced, 24/7 environment.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead and supervise day‑to‑day operations of the Risk & Fraud team
- Monitor player behaviour, betting trends, and fraud indicators across Live Casino products
- Review and validate risk reports, ensuring accuracy, consistency, and actionable insights
- Coordinate shift activities, manage live escalations, and support complex decision‑making
- Train, mentor, and develop team members to drive performance and engagement
- Collaborate with senior stakeholders to improve tools, workflows, and procedures
- Ensure full compliance with internal policies and contribute to performance and bonus reviews
Required experience:
- 4–5+ years’ experience in risk or fraud roles within the iGaming sector
- At least 2 years’ experience in a people leadership or supervisory role
- Strong understanding of Live Casino operations and risk management
- Confident decision‑maker, comfortable working under pressure
- Highly analytical with strong attention to detail
- Professional, ethical, and accountable in all aspects of work
- Fluent English (written and spoken)
- Flexible to work 9‑hour shifts, including weekends and public holidays
Desirable Experience
- Knowledge of Tableau, SQL, or similar data tools
- Experience working with bonus systems and performance KPIs
- Strong Microsoft Office 365 skills, especially Excel, Teams, and Word
- Exposure to process improvement or operational optimisation initiatives
