To be successful in this role, you should have:
Key Responsibilities:
Accounts Receivable (AR):

• Monitor and reconcile guest and corporate accounts.
• Prepare and send invoices, statements, and payment reminders.
• Follow up on outstanding balances and ensure timely collections.
• Maintain accurate records of all AR transactions.

Accounts Payable (AP):

• Process vendor invoices and ensure timely payments.
• Match purchase orders, delivery receipts, and invoices.
• Reconcile vendor statements and resolve discrepancies.
• Maintain up-to-date records of all AP transactions.

General Cashier Duties:

• Collect and count daily cash drops from all departments.
• Prepare daily bank deposits and maintain petty cash fund.
• Ensure proper documentation and cash handling procedures are followed.
• Reconcile cash discrepancies and report to the Finance Manager.

General Accounting:

• Assist with monthly closing procedures and journal entries.
• Prepare account reconciliations and financial reports.
• Ensure compliance with internal controls and company policies.
• Support the Finance Manager and external auditors during audits.
