• Invoice Validation: Ensure efficient verification of transport‑related invoices, checking formal, content, and price accuracy.
• Process Optimization: Support fast, compliant, and transparent invoice processing to maintain stable global billing workflows.
• Monitoring: Track quality and processing times closely to prevent escalations within global logistics networks.
• Cross-functional Collaboration: Coordinate continuously with logistics, purchasing, finance teams, and international service providers.

For our client, a leader in the automotive industry, we are seeking an experienced Invoice Verification Specialist with fluent German and English. The role is based in Bucharest and operates under a hybrid work model, combining the flexibility of working from home with collaborative office days.
Candidate Requirements:

• Language skills: Fluent German and English (both written and spoken) are mandatory.
• Education & Background: University degree in logistics, business administration, or a comparable field.
• Professional experience: Proven experience with ordering, invoicing, or billing processes. Knowledge of SAP is highly preferred.
• Technical & Soft skills: Strong understanding of end‑to‑end supply chain processes and interfaces.
• Robust analytical, conceptual, and problem-solving skills.
• Structured, detail‑oriented, and quality‑focused working style.
