In this position, you will serve as the primary point of contact for our German-speaking clientele, delivering exceptional service, resolving inquiries, and building strong client relationships. Enjoy the perfect balance of collaborative office energy from Monday to Wednesday and the comfort of working from home on Thursdays and Fridays.

Key Responsibilities

• Customer Care: Answer incoming calls, emails, and live chats in fluent German with professionalism and warmth.
• Problem Solving: Diagnose issues quickly to achieve high first-contact resolution rates and maintain customer satisfaction.
• Documentation: Record accurate notes on client interactions, requests, and feedback in our CRM platform.
• Collaboration: Partner with internal teams to escalate complex technical or administrative inquiries.
• Value Addition: Identify organic opportunities to recommend relevant product upgrades or solutions.
• Continuous Growth: Stay aligned with product updates, operational workflows, and company policies.

What We Are Looking For

• Language Skills: Advanced German (C1–C2) and professional English (B2+) for internal team communication.
• Communication: Strong active listening, clear verbal communication, and professional writing skills.
• Tech Skills: Proficiency with MS Office and the ability to adapt quickly to new software.
• Mindset: A patient, empathetic, and solution-oriented approach to customer care.
• Location: Ability to commute to our District 4 office 3 days a week.

Compensation & Financial Perks

• Base Net Salary: 5,569 RON Net
• Hybrid Work Allowance: 400 RON Net
