Key Responsibilities

• Provide exceptional customer service in German through various channels, including phone, email, and live chat
• Assist customers with inquiries, order management, and any issues they may encounter
• Collaborate with internal teams to resolve customer concerns promptly and effectively
• Document all customer interactions accurately in our CRM system for future reference
• Gather feedback from customers to identify areas for improvement in our services
• Stay informed about our products and services to provide knowledgeable assistance to customers
  

Requirements

• Fluency in German (both written and spoken) is essential; proficiency in English is a plus
• Experience in customer service is preferred, ideally in an international or multi-lingual environment
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills, ensuring a customer-first approach
• Ability to work well in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple tasks efficiently
• Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail
• Familiarity with CRM systems and customer support tools is a plus
