Your Role:

• Provide exceptional support to German-speaking clients, ensuring their inquiries are handled with professionalism and care
• Communicate effectively through various channels, including phone, email, and chat
• Familiarize yourself with our client systems to provide high-quality service efficiently
• Collaborate with team members to ensure prompt resolution of customer issues
  

Requirements

• Fluency in German (both written and spoken) is essential for effective communication with clients
• Strong communication skills and a customer-focused approach
• Eagerness to learn and adapt to new technologies suitable for remote work
• Self-motivated, proactive, and able to thrive in a fast-paced environment
• Ability to work independently from a (remote) location based in Greece
