Key Responsibilities

• Connect with clients to assess their needs and develop a clear understanding of their business goals
• Create and present customized solutions that effectively address client challenges and deliver tangible results
• Serve as a knowledgeable advisor, providing insights and recommendations based on industry best practices
• Work closely with internal teams to ensure the smooth implementation and ongoing support of solutions
• Conduct training sessions and workshops to empower clients in using our products to their fullest potential
• Keep up to date with industry trends and emerging technologies to provide clients with informed advice
  

Requirements

• Fluency in German (both spoken and written) is essential; proficiency in English is also required
• Previous experience in solutions consulting, customer service, or a related field is highly advantageous
• Strong analytical and problem-solving capabilities with a client-centered approach
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to build strong relationships with clients
• Technical proficiency and a willingness to learn new solutions and tools
• Self-motivated, organized, and able to manage multiple tasks effectively
