In your new position, you support the procurement of a broad range of global IT categories, including Software, SaaS, Cloud, Infrastructure, Telecommunications, and IT Services. By translating business requirements into sourcing activities, you ensure the efficient, compliant, and cost-effective delivery of IT solutions across the organization. You manage operational sourcing and purchasing activities from RFx processes and supplier evaluations to purchase order creation, contract administration, and invoice-related topics. In doing so, you ensure smooth procurement operations and contribute to the achievement of cost and efficiency targets. Collaboration is key! Acting as a trusted partner for internal stakeholders, you gather procurement requirements, provide guidance on sourcing processes, and work closely with colleagues from IT, Finance, Legal, Accounts Payable, and Vendor Management to deliver the best procurement outcomes. Together with suppliers and procurement colleagues across the globe, you support supplier onboarding, monitor supplier performance, resolve operational challenges, and contribute to building strong and sustainable supplier relationships. You maintain procurement and contract data, monitor renewals and commercial terms, identify optimization opportunities, and support the continuous improvement of procurement processes, tools, and compliance standards. You conduct market research and analyze supplier landscapes, pricing developments, and emerging technology trends to support sourcing decisions and contribute to category strategy discussions. WHAT YOU OFFER successfully completed degree in Business Administration, Supply Chain Management, Information Technology, Economics, Engineering, or a comparable fieldrelevant professional experience in procurement, purchasing, supply chain management, IT, business administration, or a related area, ideally in an international or multinational environmentstrong interest in technology-related procurement categories such as Software, SaaS, Cloud, Infrastructure, Telecommunications, or IT Services, combined with a willingness to continuously learn and develop category expertiseexperience with procurement or ERP systems (e.g., SAP, Ariba, Coupa, Jaggaer) and confident use of MS Office applications, particularly Excel and data analysis toolsproven digital and AI focus with the ability to leverage modern technologies and digital procurement solutionsexcellent English communication skills, strong analytical thinking, customer orientation, and the ability to collaborate effectively with stakeholders and suppliers in an international environmentproactive and structured working style combined with attention to detail, problem-solving capabilities, and a strong commitment to delivering high-quality resultsWHAT WE OFFER A dynamic work environment that empowers you to contribute your ideas, take ownership, and assume responsibility.
