We are seeking an experienced and proactive Data Migration Specialist to lead and coordinate the data migration stream of our D365 F&O ERP implementation. This role requires a strong understanding of data migration methodologies, hands-on technical skills, and the ability to manage stakeholders and timelines. You will be responsible for planning, executing, and overseeing all aspects of data migration, ensuring accuracy, completeness, and alignment with business objectives.
Responsibilities Include

• Lead the end-to-end data migration lifecycle for the D365 F&O implementation
• Develop and manage the data migration strategy, plan, and schedule
• Coordinate with functional leads, technical teams, and business stakeholders
• Oversee data extraction, transformation, cleansing, and loading activities
• Ensure data quality through validation, reconciliation, and audit processes
• Manage risks, issues, and dependencies related to data migration
  

Document processes, decisions, and lessons learned for future reference
What Makes You Great

• Proven experience leading data migration in ERP projects, preferably D365 F&O
• Strong knowledge of data entities, data packages, and the Data Management Framework
• Hands-on experience with SQL, Excel, Power Query, and structured data formats (CSV, XML, JSON)
• Familiarity with Connectivity Studio for advanced integration and transformation
• Excellent organizational and coordination skills
• Strong analytical mindset and attention to detail
• Effective communication and stakeholder management abilities
• Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines
