We are looking for a motivated and detail-oriented Data Migration Specialist to support the data migration stream of our Microsoft Dynamics 365 Finance and Operations (D365 F&O) implementation. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys working with data, understands ERP systems, and thrives in collaborative project settings. You will be responsible for executing data migration tasks, ensuring data quality, and supporting the team throughout the migration lifecycle.
Responsibilities Include

• Assist in data extraction, cleansing, and preparation from legacy systems
• Perform data mapping and transformation based on functional and technical specifications
• Execute data loads using D365 F&O Data Management Framework
• Validate and reconcile migrated data with source systems
• Support defect resolution and participate in dry runs and cutover activities
• Maintain documentation and audit trails for migration processes
• Collaborate with functional consultants, developers, and business stakeholders
• Leverage Connectivity Studio (Staedean / formerly To-Increase) for advanced integration and transformation tasks (beneficial)
  

What makes you great

• Experience in data migration within ERP projects, preferably D365 F&O
• Familiarity with D365 Data Management Workspace and data entities
• Proficiency in Excel, Power Query, SQL, and handling structured data formats (CSV, XML, JSON)
• Understanding of finance and supply chain data structures
• Experience with Connectivity Studio is a strong plus
• Strong attention to detail and commitment to data accuracy
• Good communication skills and a collaborative mindset
• Ability to follow structured processes and meet project deadlines
• Willingness to learn and adapt in a dynamic environment
