JOB OVERVIEW:
We’re looking for a Global Social Media Manager to lead our social presence across a fast-growing live entertainment business. You’ll own our global strategy, run an always-on content calendar, and collaborate with our internal Content Creator and studio teams to bring our most authentic moments to life.
What You'll Be Doing

• Lead global social strategy across TikTok, Instagram, Snapchat, IG, YouTube, and emerging platforms.
• Turn entertainment moments into social-first narratives that build excitement.
• Work closely with our internal Content Creator and studio teams to produce engaging and authentic content.
• Own the content calendar, ensuring timely, high-impact storytelling and manage approval processes.
• Track cultural trends and platform shifts to drive real-time engagement.
• Oversee community management, tone-of-voice, and escalation processes.
• Analyse performance data and deliver actionable insights.
• Manage relationships with agencies, platforms, influencers, and production partners.
  

What We Need From You

• Experience managing global or multi-market social media, ideally within entertainment, gaming, media, or creative industries.
• Strong platform knowledge and understanding of audience behaviour.
• Ability to translate authentic moments into compelling social content.
• Confident working with content creators, production teams, and talent.
• Excellent copywriting, planning, and communication skills.
