Role: Global Tech SVM Technology Sourcing Expert (IT Procurement)

Work type: Hybrid work model, 2 days/week onsite (Plaza Romania Mall area)

Collaboration type: 2 year temporary contract (employee contract or B2B contract)

Role Objective

• Manage the technology sourcing portfolio and lead procurement and contract negotiations across IT

categories (hardware, software, digital solutions)

• Ensure an end-to-end sourcing process aligned with Ahold Delhaize Global Tech’s strategic

direction

Key Responsibilities

• Manage IT sourcing cycles including RFx, tendering, evaluation, negotiation and contracting

• Lead procurement across hardware, software and digital categories

• Conduct market research, supplier benchmarking and technology analysis

• Negotiate commercial terms, pricing and contracts with key vendors

• Ensure supplier due diligence, risk evaluation and performance management

• Identify cost-saving and value-creation opportunities

• Support category strategy development aligned with business needs

• Provide insights on technology trends and supplier capabilities

• Manage reporting, documentation and approval workflows

• Maintain strong relationships with stakeholders including senior technology leaders

• Ensure compliance with global sourcing standards and ESG commitments

Technical Skills

• 2–3 years of IT sourcing or procurement experience across hardware and software

• Experience managing tender processes including RFx

• Strong market research and supplier analysis capabilities

• Strategic negotiation and influencing skills

• Experience managing stakeholders in corporate environments

• English level intermediate to advanced

• Strong analytical capabilities

• Advanced Excel and PowerPoint skills

• Experience working with SAP

• University degree preferably in an IT-related field
