We are seeking a results-driven Google & Facebook Ads Specialist to develop, implement, and optimize digital advertising campaigns across Meta (Facebook/Instagram), Google Ads, and other platforms.

Requirements:

• Minimum of 3 years of proven experience in creating, observing, analysing, and optimizing digital advertising campaigns, specifically on Facebook Ads, Instagram Ads, TikTok Ads, and other social media platforms.
• Solid understanding of digital advertising principles, best practices, advertising policies, and performance metrics.
• Proficient in using ad management platforms such as Facebook Ads Manager, Instagram Ads Manager, TikTok Ads Manager, and other relevant tools.
• Demonstrated ability to analyse campaign data, identify trends, and implement data-driven optimizations.
• Strong knowledge of audience targeting techniques, segmentation, and retargeting strategies.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to craft compelling ad copy.
• Detail-oriented and organized, with the ability to manage multiple campaigns simultaneously and meet deadlines.
• Proactive and self-motivated, with a passion for staying up-to-date with the latest industry trends and advancements in digital advertising.

As a Google & Facebook Ads Specialist, you will:

• Develop, execute, and manage effective digital advertising campaigns across multiple social media platforms, including Facebook Ads, Instagram Ads, TikTok Ads, and other relevant channels.
• Conduct thorough market research and stay up-to-date with industry trends, competitor activities, and best practices to identify new opportunities and improve campaign performance.
• Create compelling and engaging ad copy, images, and videos that resonate with target audiences and align with campaign objectives.
• Utilize advanced targeting techniques to reach the right audience segments and maximize campaign effectiveness.
• Monitor campaign performance, closely analyse key metrics, and generate comprehensive reports to assess ROI and provide actionable insights for optimization.
• Continuously optimize campaigns by testing ad variations, landing pages, and targeting strategies to improve conversion rates and achieve campaign goals.
• Stay abreast of emerging digital marketing trends and technologies, and recommend innovative approaches to enhance campaign performance.
