General information

Our Managed SAP Platform team ensures the stable, secure and compliant operation of our SAP landscape -- including SAP RISE and multiple external service providers. To strengthen our organization, we are looking for a motivated professional who will help evolve our governance structures, ensure compliance, and act as a key interface between IT, business stakeholders and service partners.

Your key Responsibilities

• Further develop and maintain the governance and operating model for the Managed SAP Platform.
• Define and maintain standards, guidelines, and technical baselines for a secure and stable SAP environment.
• Ensure adherence to compliance requirements (e.g., SOX, ISO 27001) and support internal and external audits.
• Manage and steer external providers (SAP RISE, AMS, hyperscalers) through SLA monitoring, service reviews and structured escalations.
• Support contract and service management, including documentation of responsibilities and service boundaries.
• Contribute to Business Continuity and Disaster Recovery planning, testing and documentation.
• Prepare management reports, KPI dashboards and risk assessments.
• Own selected ITSM processes within ServiceNow and support the maintenance of the CMDB/service catalog.
• Collaborate in the evolution of cloud-operating processes and create SLAs across teams and providers.

Your Qualifications

• Professional experience in SAP operations, IT governance, compliance, or service provider management.
• Familiarity with SOX, ISO 27001 or similar governance and compliance frameworks.
• Experience working with external IT service providers; SAP RISE knowledge is an advantage.
• Business-fluent English (written and spoken).
• Confident appearance, strong communication skills and assertiveness when working with internal stakeholders and suppliers.
• Structured, analytical and solution-oriented working style.
• Knowledge of ITSM processes; experience with ServiceNow, SAP GRC or Cloud ALM is a plus.
• Willingness to travel approximately 15%.
