We are seeking a skilled and highly motivated Governance and Administration Specialist for Microsoft Power Platform to join our IT organization. In this role, you will be responsible for establishing, operating, and continuously improving governance and administration across the Microsoft Power Platform landscape.

You will ensure a secure, compliant, and cost-efficient Power Platform environment while supporting business innovation in an ever-evolving cloud ecosystem (Evergreen approach).

Your Key ResponsibilitiesGovernance & Administration

• Design, implement, and continuously improve Power Platform governance guidelines;
• Define and operate the environment strategy, including lifecycle management and deployment pipelines;
• Create, maintain, and enforce Data Loss Prevention (DLP) policies;
• Administer connectors, including on-premises data gateways;
• Ensure platform compliance with internal security, risk, and compliance requirements.

Operations & Monitoring

• Monitor service health, availability, and platform performance;
• Regularly review Microsoft 365 Message Center updates and assess relevance and impact (Evergreen process);
• Provide 2nd-level technical support and troubleshooting for the Power Platform tenant;
• Manage Power Platform-related incidents and problems via ServiceNow.

Licensing & Cost Management

• Manage Power Platform licenses and licenses of connected services;
• Analyze licensing consumption and costs;
• Proactively propose optimization and cost-saving measures.

Enablement & Documentation

• Create and maintain end-user documentation, operational guidelines, and best practices;
• Stay up to date with new Power Platform features and provide adoption recommendations;
• Collaborate with stakeholders to simplify and communicate complex technical topics.

Your QualificationsCore Domain Skills (Primary):

• Advanced knowledge of Microsoft Power Platform administration, including:
  • Environments;
  • Data Loss Prevention (DLP);
  • License management;
• Hands-on experience implementing Power Platform governance frameworks;
• Strong proficiency with Power Platform Admin Center and Center of Excellence (CoE) Toolkit;
• Solid understanding of Power Platform and related service licensing models.

Complementary Cross Domain Skills (Secondary):

• Experience with PowerShell scripting;
• Good knowledge of agile collaboration tools such as JIRA and Confluence;
• Experience with Microsoft 365 services (e.g. SharePoint, Teams);
• Familiarity with Azure and related cloud services is an advantage.

Qualifications

• University degree in Computer Science, Business Informatics, Business Administration, or a comparable field;
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills;
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management abilities;
• Self-driven, structured, and reliable working style;
• Team player with a high level of ownership and responsibility;
• Fluent English (written and spoken).

Travel expectation: Low (1-2 times per year for team events or workshops)
