What you'll do:

• Create and develop smart, strategic concepts in design
• Design marketing materials for HustlerMarketing, including but not limited to: digital creative (blog, social media, and email marketing assets)
• Communicate design ideas verbally and visually to team members and clients
• Work with the design team on developing and maintaining brand standards, ensuring a high level of quality, and establishing a consistent look and feel across materials

Requirements

• At least 6 months of experience working as a graphic designer, ideally in Email Marketing, and for one employer where you can showcase consistent results
• Solid understanding of design principles
• Consistent capacity of 30-35h/week (140h/m)
• Being available and responsive during 15:00 - 18:00 BCN Time (Mon-Fri)
• Fluent English speaking, reading, and writing (doesn't need to be your native language)
• Previous remote work experience is a big advantage
• Familiarity Slack, Asana, and G-Suite
• A Results-driven attitude every day
• Very high attention to detail
• Ability to learn/adapt fast
• Ability to be accountable, consistent, and responsible (radical ownership)
• A laptop or PC with a fast, stable internet connection.
