What you will do:

• Act as the main owner of the accounting area, ensuring accuracy, compliance, and proper application of accounting standards.
• Support the development and maintenance of the hospitals’ budgeting models, including revenue and cost forecasting, in collaboration with department heads.
• Track financial performance versus budget and deliver detailed variance analysis.
• Conduct margin and cost variance analysis across services, departments, and patient categories.
• Monitor cost-control initiatives and identify opportunities to improve efficiency and reduce waste.
• Ensure proper accounting procedures, correct cost allocation, and alignment with IFRS and local GAAP.
• Prepare monthly and quarterly financial reports and provide actionable insights for hospital management and Group Finance.
• Support the Head of Finance – Polaris with operational controlling, performance tracking, and timely Group reporting.
• Develop and monitor remuneration‑based financial models and evaluate their impact on profitability.
• Regularly review key financial KPIs and provide recommendations for improvement.
• Act as a point of contact during audit processes, ensuring timely preparation of required documentation.
